Founder & CEO

Oded Horesh

Oded founded NGM in 2011 and acts as its Chief Executive Officer.

Oded received his B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and his MBA from Tel-Aviv University, he is also a certified public accountant in Israel. Oded has served as an audit manager in PwC Israel before serving as Chief Financial Officer of Arledan Investments Ltd, at the time a publicly traded company.

Oded brings an international level of business acumen and negotiation skills to complex real estate transactions and business management. ✉️

NGM's Architect

Karni Horesh

B. Arch Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Jerusalem.

A certified architect, Karni set up her practice in 2010. By embracing an open and wide approach that explores and considers the environment and its context, Karni further analyses all the redevelopment and change of use possibilities permitted by local authorities to ensure that every project is optimised and unique.

Karni is responsible for supervising NGM's redevelopment projects together with our local architectural partners. ✉️

Board Member

Moshe Lopian

Holds an MBA from the Hebrew University and a BSc in Computer Engineering and Mathematics.

Moshe brings in excess of 20 years’ diverse experience in real estate across the UK, Europe, the United States and Israel. He has held management and leadership roles in real estate private investment funds in which he has also successfully set up and exited two technology start-up businesses.

Experienced in origination, transaction management and negotiation Moshe is responsible for NGM’s UK operations. Moshe lives in London, England. ✉️

UK & Poland Director

Ian Daniels

Over 15 years' real estate experience at management level across London, Warsaw & Kraków Ian specialises in residential and hospitality based asset classes.

A graduate of the LSE & King's College London with a financial degree from Westminster University, Ian approaches investment opportunities in a robust, methodical and diligent manner. Ian lives in Kraków, Poland. ✉️
